Pandit C.S.Rao, who hails from a traditional Andhra Brahmin family, is an Engineer by profession and held senior position in the Ministry of Health & Family welfare, Delhi. After retirement now he gives Astrology and Vastu consultancy.
Indoctrinated to Jyotish & Vastu Shastras by his father at the age of 19yrs, he has done Post-graduation in Astrology from P.S.T.University, Hyderabad and studied Jyotish Alankar and Jyotish Acharya Courses from the Institute of Astrology, Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan, New Delhi and also taught astrology there.
