Comments :
- If the lagna in the natal chart is an odd sign and within first 15 degrees, (obviously here the hora lagna would fall in Sun’s hora) and the hora lagna is occupied by malefic planets then the native would’ be very enterprising, famous, strong, rich and bright.
- If the birth lagna is an even sign and is within first 15° (here again the hora lagna would fall in Moon’s hora) and the hora lagna is occupied by benefic planets, the native would be fortunate, intelligent and a eloquent speaker.
- If the birth lagna is an odd sign and falls in Moon’s hora (obviously the degrees of ascendant would be. between 15° – 30°) and, is occupied by benefic planets OR
- The birth lagna is an even sign and falls in Sun’s hora (1530 degrees) and the hora lagna is occupied by malefics then the above results shall be mixed.
- If the birth lagna is an odd sign and falls in Sun’s hora and there are benefics in the hora lagna OR
- The birth lagna is an even sign and falls in Moon’s hora and maleflcs occupy the hora lagna then the above results shall manifest very weakly.
- If the hora lagna lord is in Upchaya (3, 6, 10, 11) or in a friendly sign or in exaltation (in the natal chart then the hora lagna should be considered strong and benefic. If the hora lagna lord is in Apchaya (2, 5, 9, 10) or in inimical sign or in debilitation (in the natal chart) then the hora lagna should be considered weak and inauspicious.
- If the hora lagna lord is in its own hora and in natal chart also it occupies its own house OR is aspected OR conjunct with Jupiter or Mercury (in the natal chart) OR Jupiter OR Mercury or both occupy the hora lagna, then the hora lagna should be considered strong in giving benefic results. If otherwise then the results would be weak.
- The native born in the hora of the Sun would be sharp and aggressive and the native born in the hora of the Moon would be soft and mild.
