The horoscope of Rahul Gandhi is a mixed bag with limitations. The conjunction of Sun and mars in lagna good the aspect of Jupiter on them improves this. However the 3rd aspect of Neecha Saturn is bad. 7th and 10th lord Jupiter in the 5th house of the seat of power is good but Jupiter in the 5th house causes a dosha called Karako Bhavanasya. Jupiter also carries another dosha called Kendradhipatya Dosha. The aspect of neecha Saturn is more trouble. Rahu in the 9th gives mixed results and Ketu is well placed in the 3rd house. His Bhagyadhipati 9th lord Saturn placed in the labhasthana 11th house is good but he is in neecha which is the worst condition and gives troubles also. Fifth lord Venus in the 2nd house is good but it is hemmed between two malefic planets & in navamsa chart he is in neecha. The 4th house rules the masses and popularity and his 4th lord Mercury is badly placed in the bad 12th house.
The Atmakaraka and the Amatyakaraka planets are very important for success like this and his Atmakaraka planet Moon and the Amatyakaraka planet Saturn are both in neecha.
The good effects of the planets have helped him to rise to the position of Congress party president but the bad is more dominant and his performance is bad – especially his speech blunders because of which he has earned the nick name of “Pappu of India” – because of 2nd lord of speech Moon in neecha in the bad 6th house.
He has reached his limit and cannot rise any further.
